The chassis and suspension are done! I'm absolutely stoked on how it all came together. Here's a little instagram clip I threw together this morning. I've also made a 5 min vid explaining everything that I'll eventually post on youtube.

Time to put the body back on.

same here, I used to have an RC truck with cantilever suspension and spend days playing with it. Now I'm grown up (old) I made a real one.

eventually yes. At least a simple one

Doesn't matter what they are being a CJ-2 or CJ-3 but flatties just look KILLER.

The more I look at this roll cage, the more I like it. Its fits the willys lines perfect. I would have never done the B and C pillars higher than the A, but it works.

I really like the cage on Bam Bam. He went way outside the box and made his like MB soft top bows. He has a long thread on the 2A forum, but there are some decent shots here. He’s changed the front now to have an integrated windshield frame, but it gives you the idea.

no pics or vids, but I drove it around the block today. So glad its moving again!

I put the windshield, fenders, and hood on. Glass is installed, mirrors, footman loops. Lots of things painted either black or tan.

A huge list of details checked off
