Car pics too cool not to share

I'm just the opposite. Jeepster/Commando, Scout 880, and the full-sized 2nd-gen Bronco (as well as the Bronco II) are all excellent candidates for 2wd "slammed" hot-rod conversions, in my book. But no billet aluminum. I'm not a freak! :sneaky:

Now I've just had to take you down a notch in my views of you... Shut Your Mouth.... 2WD rigs that should only be 4WD is just wrong...

@chili_pepper How do you feel about hot rodded Willys wagons? One of my buddies just finished up restoring one for a guy. I don't think I took any pics of it, but IIRC the guys' dad bought it new and at some point swapped in a SBC. When the guy restored it he bought a new SBC crate and 5-speed trans for it. I'll see if I can locate a pic of it, but I don't think I took any of it.

It came in looking something like this...

I don't really like them hot rodded either... They should be 4WD...

To be clear, if you bought it, it's yours and you're free to do with it as you like. This is only me personally, and I'm quite aware my opinions mean fuck-all to anyone but me. Quite a big fan of the Jeep Wagons as well, so mixed feelings depending on what's been done and how. Specifically for the last one, fine with it except for the wheels/tires, and maybe the front end cleanup makes it look a little plain (conflicts with the side ribbing details).

I bet that fucker is expensive to rebuild.

My experience with the Deutz air cooled diesels say he won't have to very often. The generators I worked on my 2nd time in Germany were all powered by Deutz engines.
Have no idea what it'd cost to get parts for them here in the states.

Shut your filthy mouth ! , That is a German engine , It will never need rebuilt ...

But seriously , any 19 liter diesel would be expensive to rebuild . But think junkyard LS motor , everyone installs them into project cars that really don't get many miles on them when completed. This Deutz will be just fine.

I'll admire the work - and the color - but this one doesn't do it for me. They ruined the front end, never mind the chop and lower.
