I've actually decided to commit to the manual this week lol. Victor can do everything with a manual, why cant I?
I don't know what his setup is, but this sounds like doing it all on hard mode. I could "do everything" just fine on the 6 speed, but still saw the value in an auto.
I won't tell anyone how they need to build, but in video games it's like aim assist vs none.
I mean yeah it's not that I don't see how it can make things easier. I drove Ryan's jeep a bit on steel bender and it sure did seem nice... It's more of like, within the realm of limited resources, it doesn't seem to be the best usage for me.
And someone sometimes this week mentioned whether it's worth building your jeep for 1 trail... I thoroughly enjoy the manual, and I would miss it pretty much everywhere except for a few difficult obstacles. Or the 1 week a year I come out here, and even then, not the entire time.
Just thinking it's time to say fuck it and build this jeep, instead of agonizing over the transmission forever lol
If it comes to it I may sell it for an auto LJ when I need the room, but not in anticipation of maybe needing the room.
