That’s my car. ‘95 Mustang GT. Last year for the pushrod 5.0. This picture was taken back in ‘08 and I’m trying to find more but not having much luck.
I was 13 years old when i first saw American Graffiti and bought the album right after. Can't tell you how many times I've seen this movie.
That's one of those classic/cult car movies that I've never seen, but I recognize the cars.
My first truck looked a lot like this 1960 Chevy Apache 10 , 235 inline 6 , Sm 420 4 spd. I rattle canned it flat black.
I met my future wife in this truck . I don't have the truck , but I am still married to my gorgeous wife !

What a trip! While technically my third vehicle, my first drivable vehicle was also a '60 Chevy 1/2-ton pickup in the same color (that light Easter Egg Aqua, I called it). Dated my first future ex-wife in it, too. Sadly, the engine blew, and so did the marriage. Talk about regrets in life. I should have fixed the truck.![]()
me too, never saw it and relly have no idea what is about...but then again I have never seen the Grinch or ET either.
American Graffiti was one of the greatest movies ever made. Of course Zorba it was a time of cars and we young people not dancers.
Do they emerge as a superhero? That is not the way you convince Zorba it's a movie worth watching. This is how it's done:
@Zorba...there's a scene where a character is talking to someone on the phone...in a phone booth, Zorba. A phone booth. Just sayin'...![]()
I'd watch it if it came my way. Hell, now that its come to my attention, I'll see about finding a cheap DVD version.
That's what I'm thinking. I think I saw it in the $5 movie bin at Walmart the last time I was there. Amazon has it and a few others like Airplane for $6. I need to make a cheap movie list before they ban the good, funny stuff like Blazing Saddles.
$5.48 delivered - on its way. I'll see what its about.
