That's roughing it. I was actually born on an Air Force base- F.E. Warren...no airstrip.
Was a great place to grow up. Moved off base when I was 5 but spent a lot of time exploring there.

My son was born on Hahn Air Base in Germany. It was the closer base to where I lived as opposed to going down the Kaiserslautern & the Army hospital.

Nice - I was born on Altus AFB, OK. My Dad was an AF Air Traffic Controller.
